Jackson Egg Salad

4 Hard Boiled Eggs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 TBS Dijon Mustard
1/4 tsp Garlic powder
1/4 tsp Onion powder
1/4 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp Parsley flakes
Chop the eggs to desired consistency. Add mayonnaise and all spices and mix. To add a spin to the egg salad add in 1/4 cup shredded cheddar. Enjoy on toast or a wrap.
